Osteopaths provide safe, effective treatment and care that aims to promote the health of patients. Osteopathic treatment uses manual therapy, health advice and exercises, tailored to the needs of the individual and is effective for treating people of all ages.

Osteopaths are highly trained healthcare professionals, with expertise in the musculoskeletal (MSK) system – that is the muscles, joints and associated tissues and their relationship with other systems of the body.
Osteopaths commonly (but not exclusively) treat people for back / neck / joint pains, muscular pains, some headaches, trapped nerves (like sciatica) and arthritic pains. Contact us is you want to ask more about how Osteopathy can help you.

As a passionate and dedicated healthcare professional, Eliza has recently earned her master’s degree in Osteopathy, marking the beginning of an exciting journey as a newly qualified osteopath. Driven by a profound desire to help people regain their health and improve their quality of life, Eliza has immersed herself in the world of osteopathic healthcare, combining scientific knowledge with a holistic approach to patients.

Eliza qualified as an Osteopath from the University College of Osteopathy in June 2023. Additionally, Eliza is fully trained in sports massage and muscle tapping, which she often uses to complement her treatment plans. Eliza has also worked with Bearsted’s football team with pitch side and sports injuries through two seasons.

Eliza firmly believes in the body’s innate ability to heal itself when given the right support and encouragement. She embraces the osteopathic principles of treating the patient as a whole, rather than focusing solely on the symptoms. Eliza’s approach involves carefully listening to her patients, understanding their unique medical histories, and collaborating with them to create personalized treatment plans that address the root causes of their health concerns.

Eliza is a true animal lover, and outside of work enjoys competing in local events with her horses, and long walks with her three dogs.

Eliza’s other qualifications include:

Level 3 sports massage diploma  Strapping and tapping for muscular skeletal therapists

Like all of our Osteopaths, Eliza is a highly trained healthcare professional, with expertise in the musculoskeletal system and so is able to help with issues including back, neck, joint or arthritic pains, sciatica, headaches and more.

Tim qualified in 2007 as an Osteopath. Tim experienced Osteopathy as a teenager and then again while he was completing his first Degree in Sports Science which helped him realise this was the path he wanted to follow.

Tim started his practice in doctor’s surgeries and then opened his own premises a few years later. He is proud to have built a team of passionate, dedicated and caring colleagues who all have the same drive to offer holistic therapy that meets the needs of the individual patient rather than a one size its all approach.

Tim is hugely passionate about osteopathy and the benefits it can give and he loves to see the smile’s return to people’s faces once they have got help with their pain and injury.

When Tim isn’t at work, he likes to play golf, but a new baby and a dog means that doesn’t happen as much as he likes. He also loves black coffee; lots and lots of coffee!
